The Single Best Strategy To Use For Samuels Dental Arts

This is the pain which my wife Wendy has had to endure due to a filling that she obtained at Samuels Dental Arts in Gettysburg, Pa.. She started experiencing pain right after the meeting, and went back to Dr. Berger At Samuels Dental Arts many times, but was advised that"It needs to repay", or"The pain will go away as soon as the tooth above it receives pulled". But it didn't.

When Wendy told Dr. Berger that the meeting was causing her pain, She was snippily told,"I stand by my job, there is not anything wrong with the filling". Dr. Berger would not take a follow up x-ray to verify her work.

The pain eventually advanced to constant and excruciating and we went to a different dentist.

Last night Wendy experienced a root canal to remove the filling and fix the damage.

We contacted Samuels Dental Arts and asked them to reimburse us for the money we spent correcting their error. They flat out refused.

I've never aired out my grievances on Facebook earlier, but watching my spouse have to endure the pain she went because a dentist would not require a simple x-ray to check her job warrants my anger.

What type of dentist prefer to see a patient undergo excruciating pain, than admit they may have made a mistake and fix it?

I posted this movie to the Samuels Dental Arts Facebook page, so that the can see Wendy's pain.

Wendy was trying for the last week to receive her records sent to her to give to her dentist. She calls every day to find out whether they have been delivered only to be told by the Office Manager, Paula, she needs to confer with Dr. Samuels Samuels Dental Arts relating to it.

Wendy was told several times by Paula, that"by legislation, they have 2 weeks to ship out them".

So when you've got a patient who has been in pain for 8 months, and is currenty at excrutiaing pain and is attempting to find some relief from it, your office is simply likely to do the minimum quantity for her that's required by law? Incredible!
